Check in at Edmonton with plenty of time to spare. Flight leaves a little early and we have good conditions and our arrival is early into Toronto. The terminal is under construction, there was a fifteen minute bus ride over to another part of the same terminal. It's a 3 ½ hour lay over so there is plenty of time. I can see problems when I make the same transfer on the way home; there is not much time between flights then.

I try to get some rest but I’m to anxious thinking about my adventure coming up in Peru. Our plane leaves a little late but relatively on time. Again, I try to get some sleep but I’m not built to sit in these airline seats for very long. A smooth ride most of the way down with some spectacular lightning displays below us as we pass over the Gulf of Mexico. Another hurricane was brewing and would eventually hit Mexico’s Eastern coast line causing much damage in the Cancun and Cozumel area. We arrive on time in Peru.
